Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care for your child in a loving environment.
All teachers employed by The Learning Ladder are required to take a minimum of 15 Continuing Education hours per year, participate in CLASS observations, and teach objectives from a Tier 1 curriculum. Our chosen curriculum for all ages is Frog Street Press. Every teacher is also certified in Medication Administration, Health & Safety, and Pediatric, Child and Adult CPR and First Aid.
Studies have shown that high quality early childhood educators accumulate significant amounts of both education and experience. The Owner/Director, Tanya Liner, has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Nicholls State University in Early Childhood Education. Tanya is a certified Teacher/ Early Interventionist, whose experiences include teaching children in grades Pre-K and Kindergarten, and working at a child care center throughout college. She is the mother of 3 boys.
Your child will be loved and treated as a uniquely special person while in our care. Our child care policies and procedures will give you an insight into your child’s day at The Learning Ladder and let you know what we do to provide the highest quality care.
